Easily one of the best comfort food dishes around. The two-meat plate (brisket and sausage) was equally impressive. The brisket was juicy with that perfect smoky bark, and the sausage had a bold, flavorful bite. The rolls were soft, and the slaw added a fresh, creamy balance. The best bar-b-que in Clermont! We’ve been twice now and both times got the tacos and burger because they are so good. This isnt traditional tacos/burgers, its those items made with incredibly cooked meat - like brisket - served with their homemade sauces, tortillas and salsa.

Absolutely amazing food!!! Talked to both the owners got to know them a little bit. They both are very nice and awesome people! Big shout out to them! Back to the food they definitely deserve a restaurant in the very near future! I had the brisket nachos and the 3 meat plate. Do not miss this spot! I stopped in to get a Brisket Cheeseburger, the owners were extremely friendly and very clearly care about their business and customers. The burger was amazing, better than any of the chain restaurants around. Tons of meat and flavor. Everything on the menu looks so good I can't wait to go back for more. Thanks Bull Smokehouse!

We were searching for a new restaurant in this area and luckily found Bull Smokehouse. What an excellent food truck/ dining experience. Fortunately we visited on a cool evening just before sunset so it wasn't hot. However, there are trees to provide shade if you are eating on site. The staff was very helpful, answering any questions we had. Our food was served quickly and tasted amazing. I had the Picana dinner which comes with their house sausage. My wife had the picana burger (which is the same meats as I ordered.) We will return soon to try more of their menu. Everything tasted amazing. Highly recommend stopping by!
